Short Ways, High Impact
Quantum computing is considered a key technology of the 21st century and is highlighted as such in the new coalition plan. However, Germany’s chances of becoming an international leader depend on the successful transfer of research into viable business models and applications, the development of strong ecosystems and reliable political support.
As the technology is developing rapidly and this year is also the international quantum year, we have decided to take a closer look at the Hamburg ecosystem under the motto “Short Ways, High Impact”. The campaign will consist of different categories, but we don’t want to give too much away just yet. One of the categories is called “People and Faces” where we will let the most important faces of the ecosystem have their say and capture their impression of Hamburg as a quantum technology location.
We’ll start with Dr. Heiko Milde, CEO of IFB Innovationsstarter GmbH
